TRUNK OR TREAT SUCCESS
Trunk or Treat was AMAZING! We had at least 400 kids and about that many adults!! We will show some highlights from the evening on Sunday, November 6, in our Main Session.
FOR NEXT YEAR’S TRUNK OR TREAT EVENT, Kary Ferguson is working on a community outreach school shoe ministry. Shoes are a big need she sees as a public school teacher. More information will be coming soon about how you can help.
CHILDREN’S JOB POSTING
We were excited to announce that we have posted a job opening for a part-time Children’s Ministry Director position. We would love for you to pass this information along to anyone you know who may be interested. EX^LT – FRIDAYS
EX^LT is a college age ministry at FBC designed for high school seniors through young adults. EX^LT is a weekly time of fellowship, connection, accountability, worship, and scripture discussion. Our purpose is to provide a safe space for a college age community to gather, worship, learn, and share life together. We meet on Fridays at FBC, in Room 302. Arrive at 6:30 PM for refreshments before we kick things off at 7 PM. Bring a friend and we hope to see you there. Click here to sign up!
2GO CAFE – 9 AM SUNDAY
Our coffee stand is open on Sunday mornings at 9:00 AM. Stop by and grab some coffee before or after the Main Session. Donations currently benefit the FBC Deacon Assistance Fund.
KIDZONE – 9:30 AM SUNDAY
KidZone for Grades K thru 6 is in the MPR and care for ages 0 thru 4 is in the nursery area. Check your child (and yourself!) in and then join us for the Main Session!
BREAKOUT SESSIONS – 11 AM SUNDAY
with Pastor Tim – Join this Breakout as we study Askesis: a process that encompasses a lifetime of leveraging our relationship with God against every circumstance of life to deeply enrich our fellowship with Him. Bring your study notes and join us for this week’s discussion. Open to youth and adults

MEN’S PRAYER OPPORTUNITY – 5 PM SUNDAY
The Sunday evening Men’s Accountability Group is taking a break for November and December, but we are still offering a prayer opportunity for those who would like to attend. We still meet on Sundays at 5 PM in room 303. We will meet for about half an hour.
MEMBERSHIP WORKSHOP – 5:30 PM SUNDAY
Who is the church? What is the purpose of the church? Why join the church? How do I join the church? This evening of connection and discussion will answer these questions and more. Come explore church membership and its connection to ministry at FBC Richland.
Sunday, November 6, 5:30-8:00 PM.

MEN’S STEAK & BEANS MOVIE NIGHT – 11/12
Instead of the Men’s Breakfast for November, we are having a Men’s Steak & Beans Movie Night!
(Men’s breakfast will resume in December)

HARVEST BRUNCH – 11/20
We will be having a potluck Harvest Brunch in lieu of Breakout Sessions on Sunday, November 20 at 11:00 AM in the MPR. Please mark your calendar and we will be sharing more details soon about what to bring and how you can help! We hope to see you there.
TEEN LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE (TLC) – SIGNUPS OPEN
It’s that time of the year again and TLC registration is open! TLC, the Teen Leadership Conference, is a really cool event where Freshmen to college-age students can come together with other churches and hear Christian speakers and be encouraged together. Registration is $175 and open now until Nov 30th (for a free hoodie) and Dec. 7th is the hard deadline (but no hoodie).
This is a really amazing event and all eligible students are encouraged to apply.
But, this isn’t just for the students. We also need adult leaders (over 21) to help with this trip. This can range from driving vans, to working in the kitchen, to being a leader at the camp, to simply committing to pray for the trip. The fee for adult leaders will be covered, so this is primarily a time commitment from you.
